Creating Bouquets That Tell Your Story
We don't do cookie-cutter arrangements. Every bouquet starts with a conversation about what matters to you, then we build something that actually reflects that.
How We Actually Work With Clients
Most florists show you what they've already made and ask you to pick something. We start by asking what you're trying to say. Birthday celebration? Apology after forgetting an anniversary? Just wanting to brighten someone's Tuesday?
The flowers come second. We've been doing this since 2019, and honestly, the best bouquets happen when clients feel comfortable telling us the real reason they need flowers. Sometimes that's straightforward. Sometimes it takes a bit of back-and-forth to get there.
Our workspace in Baku has become something of a studio where people drop by not just to order, but to talk through ideas. Krisjen Velmour, who heads our design team, has this way of translating vague feelings into actual color palettes and flower selections that somehow work.
Initial Consultation
We spend time understanding context. Who's receiving these flowers? What's the occasion really about? What colors do they actually like versus what you think they should like? Takes about 20 minutes, but it makes everything else easier.
Design Development
Based on our conversation, we sketch out a few directions. Sometimes we show you photos of past work that might be close. We're not precious about it - if something doesn't feel right, we adjust until it does.
Ongoing Refinement
Regular clients know we keep notes about what worked and what didn't. Your preferences evolve, seasons change availability, and we adapt. It's less like ordering a product and more like having a florist who remembers you.
The People Behind Your Arrangements
Two people primarily handle client work here. They approach flowers differently, which actually helps because not every client wants the same style.

Client Relations & Design
Has this knack for remembering every detail clients mention - sometimes things they said months ago. Specializes in romantic and gift arrangements where emotional impact matters more than avant-garde design. Works closely with corporate clients who need reliable consistency.
Custom Occasion Bouquets
- We discuss the recipient's personality and your relationship context before suggesting flowers
- Seasonal availability means we're honest about substitutions rather than promising specific blooms year-round
- Delivery timing coordinated for maximum freshness, which sometimes means we push back your preferred time slightly
- Follow-up after delivery to understand what worked so we can improve next time
Subscription Arrangements
- Weekly or bi-weekly deliveries that evolve based on seasonal availability and your feedback
- We note preferences over time - if you consistently remove certain flowers, we stop including them
- Flexible scheduling that accommodates travel or temporary pauses without penalty
- Pricing transparency with adjustments communicated before delivery if market costs shift significantly
Event & Corporate Work
- Initial site visit to understand space constraints and lighting conditions that affect flower selection
- Sample arrangements created weeks in advance so you see actual flowers, not just photos
- Backup plans for weather-dependent outdoor events because we've learned this the hard way
- Post-event pickup and composting service for clients who prefer environmental responsibility
